About Us

Co-Founder & Director
Chris is a Director at Bridgemore Capital and brings a strong background in both property and finance. He began his career managing a sales team for a national property developer before transitioning into specialist finance, where he has helped clients secure the right funding structures for a wide range of projects.
At Bridgemore, Chris specialises in bridging, and commercial finance, simplifying complex funding requirements and structuring solutions that align with each client’s objectives.
As a co-founder of the brokerage, he is focused on building long-term relationships and ensuring every transaction is managed with clarity, urgency and professionalism.
Having completed his own commercial conversion project, Chris understands the pressures developers and investors face. This first-hand experience enables him to anticipate challenges, communicate effectively with lenders, and guide clients confidently from initial enquiry through to completion.
Outside of work, Chris is a committed gym enthusiast and HYROX competitor, bringing the same discipline and resilience to business as he does to training.

Co-Founder & Director
Joe is a Director at Bridgemore Capital, specialising in bridging and development finance.
With over 15 years’ experience across estate agency, mortgage advisory and property development, Joe brings a well-rounded understanding of both transactions and delivery on the ground. He has acquired, refurbished and developed his own portfolio of projects and currently runs a development company alongside co-leading Bridgemore Capital.
This dual perspective as both developer and broker gives Joe a practical understanding of the pressures clients face, from structuring funding and managing cash flow to navigating unexpected challenges mid-project. His experience ensures that loan proposals are robust, well-presented and aligned with lender expectations.
Outside of work, Joe trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He also runs marathons for reasons still unclear, but assures everyone it builds “mental resilience.”

Specialist Finance Broker
Joanne Jones brings over 26 years’ experience across the property sector, giving her a deep, practical understanding of the entire property transaction lifecycle. She began her career in estate agency where she developed a strong foundation in client service, negotiation and managing complex deals before transitioning into financial services in 2019.
Since moving into specialist finance, Joanne has built a strong track record supporting clients with bridging, development and commercial funding requirements. Her broad industry experience means she can anticipate challenges, structure effective solutions and guide clients confidently through every stage of a transaction.
Joanne is CeMAP qualified and combines technical knowledge with a calm, client-focused approach, delivering tailored funding strategies aligned with each client’s objectives. At Bridgemore Capital, she plays a key role in ensuring transactions progress smoothly and professionally.
Outside of work, Joanne is kept grounded by her dog Ted. She also gives boxing and football a go - mainly to justify eating snacks afterwards.

Paraplanner
Paraplanner with over five years’ experience in lending, starting out in residential mortgages before stepping into the world of specialist finance. I’ve developed a strong grasp of case progression and pride myself on being proactive, organised, and solutions-focused when things get complex.
I’m all about delivering a five-star experience, keeping clients front and centre, and making the journey feel smooth rather than stressful.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the gym, most likely powering through a spin class and pretending I’m on the final stage of the Tour de France.

Head of Bridgemore Mortgages
As a Specialist Mortgage Broker at Bridgemore Mortgages, I bring over five years’ experience in property finance and specialist lending. Having previously worked with one of the UK’s leading specialist lenders, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how the mortgage market really works, not just in theory, but in practice.
I specialise in buy-to-let lending, structuring everything from straightforward investments to complex portfolio deals for professional landlords with layered income and intricate financial profiles. I enjoy the detail, the strategy, and the challenge of making tricky cases work.
My focus is always the same: clear advice, smart structuring, and a tailored solution that aligns with each client’s long-term goals. Whether it’s a first investment or a portfolio refinance, I’m committed to delivering funding that fits properly, not just something that “almost works.”

Head of Strategic Partnerships
Tanaka brings over 20 years’ experience in business development across the finance sector, with a strong track record of building relationships, creating strategic partnerships, and connecting the right people to the right opportunities.
At Bridgemore Capital, Tanaka plays a key role in supporting the company’s strategic growth, strengthening industry relationships and expanding the Bridgemore network across the property and finance space.
A natural relationship-builder, Tanaka enjoys understanding what makes people tick and believes long-term success is built on trust, communication and genuinely adding value. Alongside his commercial mindset, he is passionate about problem-solving and helping clients and introducers find the right solutions for their objectives.
His approach aligns closely with Bridgemore’s ethos… relationship-led, commercially minded, and focused on long-term partnerships rather than transactional outcomes.
Outside of work, Tanaka enjoys music, socialising and football, and remains firmly convinced that Manchester United are the greatest club on earth.
